Most Outsourced Sectors

The large number of emerging business process outsourcing companies is a sign that the coming era is going to experience some serious outsourcing. According to a research that was taken out recently, about 70% businesses within the United States have outsourced one or more sectors. Outsourcing, initially, was limited to call centers, however today outsourcing has no limitations or boundaries. However, there are two outsourcing trends that have been gaining fame for the past decade, and those are outsourcing for IT and finance services of the company.

Outsourcing to the countries within Asia and Africa has become very famous. Majority of the businesses that have been outsourced in the United States have their work outsourced to countries such as India, Philippines, Kenya, Pakistan, China and Sri Lanka. In the survey, the companies were asked about their experience related to outsourcing of the IT sector, and majority of these companies had a similar answer; they were very much satisfied with IT outsourcing and will be doing it again in the future. Another sector most outsourced after IT is finance department. Outsourcing finances gets a lot off the company and more attention can be paid towards core activities.

There are many reasons why IT and finance sectors are being outsourced so rapidly. For once, they are the most convenient jobs to be transferred and secondly, the process saves a lot of money. Hiring professionals in both fields can be a very expensive step, however by outsourcing them to an outsourcing firm, you can save huge amount of money, which can be used in things that require more attention and usually get ignored. Both sectors consume a lot of effort and time as well as staff. Besides, it’s always quite a job to choose the right people; hence, people prefer outsourcing that particular job.
