Outsourcing refers to contracting a part of work to another company by paying them a sum of decided money. In the recent past, outsourcing has gained quite a lot of fame, especially in developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. In the recent past, majority of the work is “off-shored”. Offshoring refers to transferring your work overseas. Hence, a number of countries in South Asia have turned towards offering their services in outsourcing in past decade or so. Majority of the companies prefer back office outsourcing because they are considered as non-core activities.

Some most popular outsourced jobs will be discussed in this blog. Here are a few of them:

•    Writing – As it has been made obvious over the internet quite a lot of time, content is the king, people prefer to outsource their writing tasks to professionals in the field, who know words that will please the audience that they are trying to get attention of.

•    Call Centers – Initially, the outsourcing trend was set by a number of companies within West outsourcing their customer services to companies in East, which enabled their customers to reach services 24/7. This also enabled a huge cost cut, benefit on the top of benefit.

•    Products – In past, the company kept its manufacturing in its hands, now the things have changed quite a lot. Now companies are gradually starting to offshore their manufacturing process to countries such as China and Japan for better products.

•    IT – It is one of the most outsourced jobs in the world of outsourcing. Majority of the companies prefer outsourcing their IT services to another offshore company because it gives them access to global talent, which cannot be availed locally.

It is being said that outsourcing is going to become one of the most common business practices in the near future, the statistics tell the same. More jobs will pour out in the field in the near future.
